BACK TO TheReconnection.com
It's Monday, the morning after the L.A. RCPP, and Cecilia and I went to the Central Market (down the street from the Millenium Biltmore). After wandering around and taking in the delicious smells coming from the food stalls we settled on Valerie's for breakfast. On our way back we discovered some interesting things...
Galloping horses mural on Spring St.
Runaway monkeys and Richie, the Clown Barber! (Yup, that is an all-face tattoo...)
FIRST LOOK - BLOOPERS FROM OUR PROMO
Always looking to grab new material with our cameras, we asked Eric to do a quick promo for next year's Level ll program in Los Angeles while still at the RCPP at the Millenium Biltmore Hotel. Of course, things don't always go as planned, and the results in this case are rather funny...
THE CERTAINTY THAT RH BRINGS - EXCLUSIVE CLIP
SNEAK PEEK: We recently sat Eric and Jillian down for a candid yet very meaningful on-camera conversation about one of the main things we notice with Reconnective Healing®, the sudden certainty it tends to bring into all aspects of our lives. With Jillian's gentle coaxing, Eric opens up about his own journey, sharing experiences he has not spoken of before.
And, of course, there's laughter, as you can see in the outtake below:-)
WE'RE COMING HOME!

RCPP seminar - behind the scenes
WEBINAR DAY! Eric hosted our latest webinar on August 2 and, with Cecilia Samms and Adam Teipel, they discussed what the Reconnection is. It was an eye opener, and a lot of fun as well - one of the questions viewers sent was "can we use frequencies to communicate with extraterrestrials?" Eric's answer was priceless, and I think that, for some, unexpected. If you'd like to watch the webinar contact Ashley (go Ashley!:))) ([email protected])
Ashley getting the webinar rolling...
Eric was joined by Cecilia Samms and Adam Teipel.
We take breaks when we can - they are few and seldom, so we make them count. This was a backyard 15 minute vacation. The hotel we were staying at in Westminster, Colorado was surrounded by wilderness and we just went out and explored! Check out the rest of our Colorado Adventure!
Who knew things were this simple? ;-) Eric shares the Secrets of the Universe in this clip!
15 MINUTE VACATION
Bagels are Monday's staple at our office - and elsewhere, as you can tell from Eric and Jillian's quest for bagels in Montréal! Rachel usually volunteers and brings us an assortment from Einstein's Bros.
Rachel loves her French Toast, Ashley prefers the Everything. Janet beelines for the Pretzel, and KC cannot resist the Chocolate Chip.
Cecilia prefers Onion, but Asiago will do; Martin gets his Princess Leia on with the Cinnamon, and I (Ana) like the Whole Wheat.
Decisions, decisions! They're all so yummy!

Got Café? We are hooked!
It was originally a random choice at the supermarket - the bright yellow tin of coffee caught my eye, so I brought it home... Love at first taste, Cafe Bustelo (or Busto, as it has been nicknamed) can often be found being sipped at 5:30AM or as the afternoon pick-me-up of choice. Of course, popcorn is another favorite...
BUSTELO, MON AMOUR CHICA!!!!
NEWSFLASH - BUSTO SPOTTING
I casually strolled into the office kitchen last week and lo! a BOXFUL of Busto was parked atop the microwave oven. We have a coffee fairy godmother!!
¿MÁS cafÉ?/ MORE COFFEE?
IT'S ALL ABOUT THE COFFEE...
A PERSONAL MESSAGE ON 9/11
It's 9/11/2017. As we sat on the tarmac in Denver, waiting for our plane to take off, Jillian and I found ourselves looking around at the happy, hopeful faces of our fellow passengers...
LUNCH (FUN) TIME IN DENVER
Our Level ll students in Denver thought they would get a break from us at lunch... So silly of them! We sent them out to talk to strangers!
Their lunchtime assignment entailed them having others feel the frequencies of Reconnective Healing®, and we tagged along to check on their progress. So much fun!!!
Of course, we suspect that those who met us on our visit this past August knew what to expect. You know who you are... ;-)
"WE'RE BRINGING A PIE, MONTRÉAl!"
Jillian took a good look at that can of maple syrup they brought in from their recent trip to Québec, went online, and found the perfect French Canadian Maple Syrup pie recipe for it.
All I'm sayin' is, if I'm baking this masterpiece I'm having first dibs...
MEET "LEAF" ERICKSON
As Ashley shared with us earlier, her plant is the happy recipient of living in the frequencies. Of course, the moment Eric heard that the little green thing didn't have a name he instantly came up with the perfect moniker: "Leaf" Erickson!
The story continues - here's a clip of the day after Ashley's mini session with the leafy guy. Notice anything?
QUÉBÉCOIS MAPLE SYRUP? LET THE GOOD TIMES FLOW!
Eric and Jillian returned from their Québec adventures super excited and maybe a tad over-caffeinated (but that's another story, you can check out our romance with coffee here).
They also brought back a can of pure Montréal maple syrup, and at some point between LAX and our office Jillian hatched a plan for the liquid gold...
"Hmmm... I'm wondering who's baking this maple syrup pie..."
Sometimes we talk weather
Then dress our bitmojis.
Listen to Jaden
And munch on popcorn;
But when we're all together
We get rather silly...
We grab the ukelele
and go for a run!
LIVE IS LIFE!
There is something magical that happens when we all move into the live arena of our training programs, in our Reconnective Lives!
It's the coming together of like-minded people, the excitement of sharing our experiences. But what truly brings it home for us is the vibrant atmosphere that Eric and Jillian provide us with their teaching style and presence: grace, integrity and lots of laughter!
Wish you were here :-)
LIVING IN THE RH FREQUENCIES
Jillian recently noticed Ashley in an exchange with her plant, and immediately felt she had to record it.
Living in the RH frequencies is easy, as Ashley reminds us in this clip. As Eric often says "the frequencies are constant; it us who are inconstant."
BEING CREATIVE TAKES DISCIPLINE...
(AND A LITTLE POPCORN)
Even when they're home, Eric and Jillian are constantly working on various projects - the next book, a presentation, notes for a meeting with the teaching team, or writing the new online programs (due to debut later this fall).
To fuel them through their creative moments there's always a veggie and fruit smoothie and popcorn. Lots of popcorn. Popped by Eric himself :-) Would you like Eric to share this recipe? Let him know!
THE BEST POPCORN IN THE WORLD!
We asked and you answered (check the poll below)! By overwhelming demand, everyone wants to know Eric's famous popcorn recipe, so we went one better and had him do it on camera!
In this first part of four webisodes, Eric shows us the basics of the recipe, while Jillian "heats" things up a little :-)
What?!? Popping kernels without a lid?!?
BEST POPCORN IN THE WORLD! - PART 2
Eric and Jillian show us how to make the best popcorn ever, and even what it looks like when you do not use a lid while popping your corn :-)
A week ago Jillian sat down for the camera and mused about Reconnective Healing®, and our interaction with the frequencies. She delivers a beautiful message, and a very personal observation in her Reconnect your Life vlogs (you can watch them here).
Of course, none of our shoots would be complete without an outtake, right?
TO BAKE A MAPLE SYRUP PIE...
And so it was decided that I would bake the maple syrup pie. With gusto, input from Diane Buteau and Donna Costa, and plenty of butter, I set out on this grand culinary adventure!
But, as they say, the proof is in the pudding, so I will not know if it tastes good until someone digs in...
Canadian RH practitioner and mentor Donna Costa chipped in with support and yummy food ideas for maple syrup. Watch her video here!
THE PIE CAN FLY!!
Looks like our French Canadian Maple Syrup Pie has been cleared to fly! Let's see if it passes the taste test with our students at the training program in Montréal.
Good-bye, pie! Adieu!
This is the story of Pie (not to be confused with Pi or even Pi Squared).
"E" STANDS FOR "EAT"
Our authentic, homemade Maple Syrup Pie survived a trip to Montréal... only to fall in the hands of Eric!
Will this pie even make it to the live and In person program, or was it all pie in the sky?
IT'S ANOTHER BIRTHDAY CLUSTER!!
We just LOVE to celebrate birthdays around here - well, actually, we love to celebrate anything we can celebrate ;-) As we've mentioned, we can get anything we want for our birthdays, and the selection more often than not falls to either cake or pizza. Martin, our birthday boy on 9/21, chose a delish key lime cheesecake....
...And KC, the man who had his cake (Martin's) and ate it too (his insanely chocolaty all-chocolate fudge birthday cake).
THE LAST BITE
Alas, nothing is ever permanent. The Maple Syrup Pie has been duly presented - and eaten - in Montréal.
The pie (or is it Pi?) has come full circle...
"Anyone wants the last bite?"
THE OLD MONTRÉAL BICYCLE RIDE
We finally had a chance to get on bikes and ride around Montréal - a much needed mini-break. What a beautiful city this is!
"CHANGE IS ABOUT PERSPECTIVE"
OR the glasses we wear!
We premiere today our Daily Vlog - a daily comment from Eric and Jillian from wherever they are in the world, centered around an specific theme. This week they tackle change.
Here's an outtake of their pursuits in Calgary, where eyewear has become a catalyst for change... Our thanks to Mr. Bob Sharp, the Canadian David Letterman, for helping us get things into focus ;-)
THE NEW EARTH EXPO, HERE WE ARE!!
We are having a blast over at The New Earth Expo in Calgary! Organized, dreamt of, executed (or "instigated" as she puts it ), Gail Stamp has put together what should be the definitive roadmap for anyone planning a world-class expo. We will be coming back!
Gail is also a RH practitioner, and very active in our RH community.
BEST POPCORN IN THE WORLD - PART 3
"POPCORN IS A FOOD GROUP!"
Or it should be, according to Eric.
The popcorn is finally ready - and Eric is ready to share his secret ingredient! BTW, this is actually, originally, Jillian's recipe - Eric has simply perfected it to a sublime level!
Mary Beth really likes her coffee...
Ana Clavell, camera on shoulder, documenting the program.
AT THE LOS ANGELES RCPP!
The teaching team: Cecilia Samms, Diana Costa, Rob Koenig, Diane Buteau, John Angrignon, Allou Guthmeyer, Joan Fowler and Adam Teipel.
Ana Clavell, Daine Buteau, Ashley Lomelino, Rachel Guida and Cecilia Samms
Rob Koenig, with Jillian and Eric.
"And here's one I made earlier!"
VIP's IN FRANKFURT!
A layover in Frankfurt, Germany, saw us hobnobbing with royalty, experiencing the German forests, and appreciating mushrooms and math... ;-)
This fun outtake is from our latest Change vlog - watch the full vlog here!
Morel mushrooms and math?!?! Eric finds an "insightful" connection between the two...
PIZZA PARTY! (with a side of donuts)
As I've mentioned before, we get a choice of food on our birthdays @TheReconnection. But today we were able to have the best of both worlds: although I had chosen pizza for my birthday, cake was also on hand! Well, cake donuts instead of cake... A tasty substitution!!
Check out some of our other celebrations here, at our Hometown Life page!
Birthdays Fairy Godmother Cecilia not only organizes the festivities, she also hand decors doors and desks for each celebration. Her donut idea was pure genius!
And Ro stepped in and chose the best pizza place ever! Inspired teamwork!
SUNDAY IN SANTA MONICA
Cecilia, who loves to visit Santa Monica in the weekends, found herself in the midst of a celebration of sorts: an outdoor expo of the services the city of Los Angeles offers. Female mariachis, trash collectors, utility pole climbers and more. Who knew recycling bin robots existed? ;-)
"Mom, can I take him home with me?!?"
AT FIND YOUR FLOW! EVENT
Having a blast at the Find Your Flow! Convention in Basel, Switzerland. We are giving daily talks, and on Monday we give an 8 hour workshop on Reconnective Healing - we are going to play with the frequencies!! WATCH VIDEO OF ERIC'S PRESENTATION
In the meantime, here are some pictures from the city itself, and moments we snapped as we took in the sights and history of this place.
The Three Muses - or "Active Listening", as we have come to call them.
BOOK SIGNING IN BASEL
We are totally enjoying ourselves at the Find Your Flow! Conference in Basel. Here's a clip of Eric signing books right after today's presentation.
Hilda volunteered to come onstage during Eric's presentation.
Eric and Jillian with Greta Lipp, the event's organizer.
Jillian and Eric with Sabine Schade.
CAN YOU SPOT THE TRANSFORMATION?
Besides filming behind the scenes moments and keeping a travelogue for Inside Reconnective Life, we started our own Daily Vlog on October 1 - our daily musings on key aspects of Reconnective Healing and how it impacts our lives every day.
Having said that, we just cannot help ourselves and often end up goofing around... Here's a clip of what happened when we decided to take "instantaneous transformation" really literally.
Spotting "change" can be difficult when it happens so instantaneously!
A walk on a cool, crisp afternoon in Hamburg leads Eric to some astute observations while Jillian admires and welcomes the cool things that Hamburg has to offer.
PIZZA, MORE PIZZA, AND THEN ICE CREAM!
What's better than pizza for your birthday? More pizza and ice cream! That's what Ro's birthday party looked like, when the first pizza Martin ordered did not arrive, then had to order a second one. But by then, the first one did turn up after all.
Cecilia put together the magnificent ice cream and fixings buffet.
Rossella generously volunteered to "clean" the ice cream serving spoons...
SUNDAY PIZZA IN HAMBURG
We're sure that by now you can tell that we all love pizza, and as Jillian and Eric just discovered in Hamburg, the locals love pizza too!
Wondering about healing as they wander through Hamburg, they decided to stop a total stranger and ask them their thoughts on "healing".
But first...How do you say "healing" in German?
DO-IT-YOURSELF SNOW EFFECT
When Ro discovered that her chenille sweater has a tendency to shed we couldn't resist! Cecilia provided the music soundtrack.
Move over, movie magic! We can do our own snow effects in house!
BOOKWRITING IN HAMBURG - AN EXCLUSIVE LOOK
Waiting time is almost over! Yes, there will be a new Reconnective Healing book soon, and Eric and Jillian will be taking us through their creative process right here on Inside Reconnective Life!
You haven't read the first book? Check out our bestseller The Reconnection: Heal Others, Heal Yourself
"You're in a movie... Would you like some popcorn?"
No creative project that we embark on is ever complete without a fair amount of coffee, popcorn, pizza and ice cream. Check out our popcorn adventure.
A bike ride took us to a lovely park with a lake - and some very chatty ducks!
Being in nature is a constant for us: it's our way of recharging, reinvigorating, refreshing.
